DESCRIPTION: Extremely decorative early 18th century hand-colored,  engraved print depicting naval flags, pennants, and ensigns from across the world.  Several flags contains the coat-of-arms of a royal family.  Many flags contain a crescent moon, indicative of the Ottoman Empire.   Plate 20.
