DESCRIPTION: Fine pre-depression-era brochure with a bright pictorial map of Catalina Island in the Pacific Ocean, off the coast of Long Beach, California. Published by Wilmington Transportation Company who offered steamer services from the Catalina Steamer Terminal to Catalina Island from Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Pasadena.

Included in a six-page brochure with things to do, rates for trips and ferry service, photographs, and advertisements for local hotels including the "Largest one floor hotel in the world with 1250 rooms." Map predates the Great Crash of October 1929 by three months.
