The Holly Hill Grove and Fruit Company, with over 5,000 acres, was a subsidiary of Wilson and Toomer Fertilizer Company, owned by Lorenzo A. Wilson. The brochure was published as a marketing tool to promote sales of five-acre plots of the grove.
