Locations identified numerically on the map appear not to correspond to numbered locations in the booklet. It is informative to compare this map with a very similar sightseeing map (1945-1948) in the Touchton Map Library. Numerous changes to Key West related to WWII are apparent, especially the construction of Meacham Field.

With a list of facts about Key West and a description of a tour of local sights including the "turtle crawls":

"3. Visit the turtle crawls where turtles weighing over two hundred pounds may be seen swimming by dozens in pens while waiting to be slaughtered. Turtles have been caught near Key West weighing over one thousand pounds. This is a sight to remember. Located: Dock at North end of Margaret street."
